Key to business.

Already repeatedly I wrote that key concept for enterprise success is the outlook. Thus, for certain, there will be a set of people which will ask, and as knowledge of an economic science, skill to make business-plans, accounting, marketing, and, at last, not only knowledge of the theory of management, but also skill to operate.

The answer such. There are two approaches.
  1. World outlook.
  2. From the point of view of special knowledge.
The world outlook approach answers on a question: " HOW TO BEGIN the Business " and how to operate it ENTIRELY. The approach from the point of view of special knowledge describes how to break business (already existing business) into separate parts, elements how to shorthand, model, supervise and operate these parts.
But does not give the answer to a question how to create these parts and how to unite. How to make uniform system of a set of the isolated special knowledge. How to choose in each concrete situation that is more important.
  • Economy of money,
  • rates of growth of the sizes of the company,
  • share of the market,
  • creation of new directions
  • ...
You will tell: " ALL!!? " … so does not happen. On all will not suffice, forces, energy, time, resources, at last, mind. Nevertheless it is necessary to think over and over carefully. It is necessary to choose all the same.
And so. Outlook of the businessman which to it needs to be developed and then to develop, is a basis of that refers to as corporate culture. Some internal philosophy of firm.
There is an outlook (corporate culture) - the firm operates as uniform system. (as an electromagnetic wave). There Is no outlook - the firm breaks up to departments, and even separate people who start to collide with each other, to clash, argue, there are intrigues and to energy on promotion forward does not remain. All it it is useless it is extinguished inside of firm.
The outlook defines, whom to take for work and who is not present, with what partner to deal, and with what is not present. People steal up on a generality of sights at the world (views on the world) and as at them more or less similar general approaches they should not argue on private.

Imagine teamwork of two aircraft designers, one of which projects the small sports plane, and the second heavy транспортник, and they try to introduce all decisions in one project? That such pretty often occurs in business, the one who concerned acceptance of strategic decisions of the or another's firm will argue hardly.
If to start, at once since concrete questions the roughest mistakes to not avoid.

Concrete questions are in detail described in thousand and thousand book, the information on it can be found on thousand and thousand sites in the Internet. But what books to choose how to unite separate parts in system, any of private systems of knowledge cannot tell. Only the MOST GENERAL system of knowledge can answer on this question. What this for most the general system of knowledge? This personal outlook.
It, certainly, too has some root, intrinsic element. On which all rest is strung. As people strongly enough differ from each other as this root (uniting) element the concept the Business is offered. The Business should represent for each person something concrete, but also, not describing it is concrete, it is possible to specify some general for all principles.

The problem of Russian Business School «ShSD» to help everyone to construct system of concepts (outlook) in the form of a New Year tree. The trunk, the greater branches departing from a trunk, a branch is less, then needles. Needles it also is concrete questions, concrete special knowledge.
But before to start to collect needles, it is necessary to construct structure of your favourite work and your business.
If you have understood IMPORTANCE of for what I call you it is possible to start further already the description not a trunk, and the largest branches.
If, all the same, the idea that the outlook is the major in enterprise activity, for you is not quite convincing yet I shall continue you to convince of it.

To learn, how TO BECOME the businessman it is impossible.

To learn, how TO BECOME the businessman it is impossible. But it can LEARN. The businessman it not the person possessing the certain knowledge, but the person having the certain outlook. But each person (7 years are more senior) ALREADY HAS the certain outlook and consequently to become the businessman, it needs TO CHANGE existing outlook.
What do people when hear something contradicting their sights at the world usually do? They start to argue and prove the correctness!

Therefore to NEW OUTLOOK to learn it is impossible, but the person HIMSELF can change it. If will want.
Why the outlook distinguishes the businessman from not the businessman? Because absence of higher education does not prevent to create to many people the business. And on the contrary if to look, that unites people managed to create the business it is easily possible to see, that they are assured of themselves, they to not be afraid to make of the decision, to operate in conditions of sharp lack of the information, are able to put to itself the purposes.
The outlook does not vary strong-willed effort. Principles, priorities are formed at the person gradually and interconnected with each other and, therefore, change of one principle will give nothing, but will create the internal conflict.
Change of own outlook also is one of aspects of work above itself.
  1. The first stage of change is a comprehension of those stereotypes which are available.
  2. The second stage - development of an ideal to which you will aspire.
  3. And only the third gradual transition from existing position to an ideal.
The businessman is not an ideal, but it is intermediate item on an infinite way. When you will reach this item, you will want to see that further. But it already absolutely other history.

And one more moment.
Very important difference of the businessman from experts, consists that the expert all over again is loaded by knowledge from books or oral dialogue, and then uses that knowledge which has saved up, in work or states to their another.
The businessman gives out that it anywhere has not received. That is, giving out outside the information, it does not use memory. The businessman CREATES the new information.
How it does it? It studies an existing situation, imposes on it the principles and priorities and as a result creates the decision. More often it did not foreknow this decision, it has created, synthesized.
But not only that it has created it, it also trusts own conclusion and without doubts embodies the decision.

Many people also think out something, but are afraid to set in motion the ideas, yet will not receive another's approval. And as people like to criticize much more, instead of to approve, also the majority of ideas of diffident people do not find an embodiment.
The person finds favourite work inside of itself and in the same place it finds answers to many questions connected with this business. Certainly, there is a set of questions having special character and it is necessary to resort to the help of books or experts, but it already again.
The primary information to the businessman should be created most.
What to do, as it to do, considering existing circumstances how to solve those or other problems how to operate in cases force-majeur and so on. This all extremely creative problems and the answer to them in textbooks you will not find.

RESULTS
The businessman is the person having certain outlook.
Changes of outlook cannot be received, receiving knowledge, and it is possible only working above itself, including first of all by practical steps in own life.
To state shortly outlook it is impossible and moreover it is not meaningful.
Just as it is not meaningful to study for this purpose some philosophical systems.
It is necessary to not study, but to live how the philosophical system describes.
And what is necessary for this purpose? First, courage, and secondly, desire.
Not having the first and the second, any studying of world outlook questions only will load your memory, but nothing will change in your life.
Whether and it is necessary to change your outlook and if that is necessary on what, it is a question which I cannot answer.

Difference of favourite work from business.

I shall begin the first release with an explanation of a difference, between concepts business and favourite work.
Without an explanation of this difference it is difficult enough to understand concept the Russian Business School «ShSD».
Business is some activity were repaid.
Favourite work - this activity reflecting unique features (ability) of the person and leaded not from " mercenary reasons " that is why, that there is an internal prompting to it (to like it to do).
With Russian Business School «ShSD» you will understand, that there is your favourite work and doing the FAVOURITE WORK, you as CONSEQUENCE will create business.
The concept «ShSD» assumes, that business is (and should be) consequence of the Favourite work.

What to do, if while it is not clear, what there is my favourite work?
I answer: "To live".

To work, create business, but to not forget, that it is necessary to find all the same the favourite work on this ground.
By the way speaking, without check in practice and not probably to understand, that yours, and that is not present.
The knowledge of, strong and weaknesses considerably raises ability of the person to achievement of the purposes.
But also the purpose should correspond to your person.
If you will choose very attractively externally looking purposes, but improper to you personally, there will be a simple thing: at you interest to this purpose will start to run low on a course and simply there will be no forces, energy for achievement of an object in view.
Correctly chosen purpose creates mood when for work you go as for a holiday, and in the evening from work with feeling of the executed duty and in good mood.
  • Someone can carry and it since a birth knows, that there is its favourite work and if there is such desire its problem to construct business around of that it does. Such person takes pleasure in favourite work, it does not have chiefs, and also it has standard of living quite arranging it.
  • Another can manage heavier share. For example, to have quite sufficient or even more than it is necessary, incomes, but thus every day to go to office as in prison.
  • There can be still a variant of unloved and low-paid work. But of such variant and to think it would not be desirable.
Other variants can at desire simulate.

In our case we recognize that search of the Business and creation of business goes in parallel.
You search for those spheres which like you more and besides try to create in them the business.
If all over again to create business, and then to learn about the favourite work can reorientate the business or be engaged in it in that is pleasant to you, and the rest to delegate to another. Or easier to create one more business, using resources of the first, and then it to liquidate.
